We're seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our team and help us build innovative AI-powered communication tools. You'll work with cutting-edge open-source AI models (PHI-3/PHI-3.5) and help shape the future of how people express emotions through technology.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a product that combines AI innovation with ethical principles, using self-hosted models to ensure user privacy and avoid vendor lock-in.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop and optimize AI model integrations (PHI-3, PHI-3.5, Ollama)
• •Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems using Milvus
• •Build and maintain vector search and embedding pipelines
• •Optimize AI inference performance and response times
• •Implement ethical AI controls and safety measures
• •Collaborate with the team to design AI-powered features
• •Research and experiment with new AI models and techniques

Required Qualifications

• ✓3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• ✓Strong experience with open-source LLMs (PHI, Llama, Mistral, etc.)
• ✓Experience with Ollama or similar local AI inference servers
• ✓Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
• ✓Experience with vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• ✓Understanding of RAG systems and embeddings
• ✓Familiarity with Next.js and modern web development

Preferred Qualifications

• +Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization
